Q: What deniers are available?
A: From 0.8D, 0.9D, 1D, 1.2D, 1.5D, 3D, 7D, 10D, 15D to 20D, we have so many deniers available. 0.8D~1.5D ☞ Micro Fiber
Q: What colors are available? Can you supply pure white?

Q: Do you accept customized specifications?
A: Unfortunately, we can't accept customizations. All our products are standard.
Q: Does your fiberfill have OEKO-TEX, GRS, or SGS certification?

Q: Is it made from virgin polyester or recycled polyester? Can we choose?
A: Our hollow conjugated fiber has both virgin and recycled choice. ☞ Hollow Conjugated PSF
Also, other products offer options including 100% virgin PSF, 100% recycled PSF, and semi-virgin PSF.
Q: How do you ensure batch consistency in color, loft, and odor?
A: We keep the color, loft, and odor consistent mainly by using stable raw materials and fixed production settings. Our team checks the fiber condition during production and also tests every batch before packing. If there’s any deviation, we adjust it immediately, so the quality stays the same from batch to batch.
